  The hot plate welding machine mainly uses a temperature-controlled heating plate to weld plastic parts.During welding, the heating plate is placed between the two plastic parts. When the workpiece is close to the heating plate, the plastic begins to melt.After a pre-set heating time has elapsed, the plastic on the surface of the workpiece will reach a certain degree of melting. At this time, the workpiece is separated to the two ends, the heating plate is removed, and then the two workpieces are merged together. When the heating plate stops the effect , Let the pressure continue for a few seconds to make it solidify and form, thus forming a consolidated molecular chain to achieve the purpose of welding. The welding strength can exceed the strength of the raw material, and the entire welding process is completed.

  Hot plate welding machine welding operation steps:

  (1): Reset status: the equipment is in the operation suspension status or the start status of a cycle. When the entire cycle is in the active status, place the required welding plastic part technology in the upper and lower molds (the mold comes with plastic parts clamping Vacuum suction device);

 (2): Carrying status of the hot plate: the start button is pressed, the hot plate slides to the heating position under the advancement of the cylinder, the upper and lower cold molds are pushed to the hot melt position under the advancement of the two cylinders, so that the upper and lower rubber parts are welded The surface is in contact with the hot plate, and the welding surface of the plastic part to be welded is thermally melted;

  (3): Hot melt status of plastic parts: the upper and lower plastic parts are fully melted and cannot be carbonized within the preset welding time;

 (4): When the welding time is up, the upper and lower plastic parts will leave the hot plate at a safe distance from the upper and lower molds together, and then the hot plate will withdraw to the retreat position;

  (5): The upper and lower plastic parts are clamped under the effect of the upper and lower cylinders, and the two plastic parts are welded together within the preset curing time. The upper vacuum sucker releases the upper cover of the plastic part after welding, and the upper and lower templates are reset to 1 , The lower vacuum sucker is released, the technology takes out the welded plastic parts, and the machine is in the standby state of the next cycle welding.
